The AFF Technician Work Benches are made of rolled edge steel that is powder-coated to resist scratches, chips and rust. The top has a 2" lip on 3 sides. Each has sturdy work top surfaces tha can handle the weight of even the heaviest parts and assemblies. The legs are sturdy tubed channels for strength rather than weaker angled steel.
