Features and Benefits: ?Extracts broken dipstick tubes, a common issue on Dodge 5.7L & 6.1L HEMI Engines during engine service. When the dipstick tube breaks off, a piece remains at entry point, located at the bottom of the engine block (near the oil pan). Use the extractor to thread into tube to remove. Includes #5401 Thread Adapter Tool and any standard thread (5/8"-18 TPI) slide hammer to properly remove the stuck dipstick tube.Locks flywheel in place when removing harmonic balancer. Use on 6.6L Duramax engine with Allison automatic transmission. Instead of having to remove the starter, save time by locking the flywheel at the transmission for water pump replacement. Included 36mm 12-point socket with 3/4 square drive is used to remove harmonic balancer bolt and re-torque during installation. Applications: Chevrolet Silverado 2500, 3500, 4500 & 5500.
